After you click "Order", you will be directed to the customization questionnaire. I’ll reply within 1- 2 business days, once I receive your completed questionnaire. Thus, the design and feedback phase will begin. Two revisions are included.
Production time is 3 - 7 business days.
Once the design is complete, I will finalize all the brand elements and you will receive the files via email.
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
